Hi, my name is Nathan Friedly, this is my real blog (the non real blog where most of the post start is (sadly) on myspace. Fortunately this one scrapes everything off of that one ;) This site also pulls in any pictures that land in my photo gallery. (Mostly moblog stuff from my cell phone.)
Interestingly enough, everything from here gets imported as notes on my facebook…
I’m 21, I graduated from Sinclair Community College with two Associates, 1 in Computer Networking and 1 in Web Development.
oh, and I’m just awesome.
..thats about it.
check out my other site at nfriedly.com - its a little (actually, a lot) more detailed..
Hi,
I am writing on behalf of my company Videojug.com, whose website you have referred to in previous blogs http://misticflame.com/blog/2007/02/04/cheep-dates-that-dont-look-cheep-and-good-first-impresions/ for example. Here at Videojug, we are very happy that you enjoyed our product, and even more happy that you selected it as a video to input onto your blog. As a company, we basically make videos for our web visitors through research of what we think they will like.
Since your last referral we have updated our website with another 1,000 videos. We would be very happy if you would visit our website again, and select another couple of videos to highlight in your blog.
Thanks again for your support, and hope we hear from you again soon
Regards
Robert Reeve

Re: Our Real Roots”
It would truly be awesome, if it were all true. It’s such an inspirational piece, that I was tempted to forward it to my daughter at her university.
Of the 23 points in the piece, three cannot be verified, and the rest are either misquoted and/or taken out of context.
I researched as many first degree sources as possible. Check http://www.oyez.com for the Supreme Court references. That is the media website for the US Supreme Court, and carries not only the written opinions, but the texts of the Oral Arguments and amicus curiae briefs.
You can also check out the website of The American Bible Society, founded 1817, at: http://www.americanbible.org
They provide their own history, and while John Jay was a president, neither of the Adamses held that office. It begs the question: if John Quincy Adams considered the ABS post a higher honor than the US Presidency, why did he take his Oath of Office with his hand on a book of laws and not the Holy Bible?
This is the same advice that I would give my students and my own children: no matter how wonderful something sounds and no matter how much it parallels our beliefs, check the sources.
